Once I realized you meant Grand Central Parkway (rather than station) this clicked :). Yes, that is far better plan. But, it would hinge on opening with ESA. Cuomo cannot take credit for ESA, and will likely not be in office when it is done, therefore it might as well not exist. Silly reason to have a sub par connection, but LGA is a sub par airport, so... meh. |
