For mine it depends on whether AWD is active. If not, higher speeds seem to be more efficient, I haven't gone long stretches above my personal comfort ceiling of 78 but it seems to be the best.

If AWD is active, the weather's gone to shit enough that I can't reliably cruise and get estimates. But it seems be particularly terrible mileage over 65.
