Do you understand how high 12'10" is ? With a locked down pantograph, the best you can do is run a high side gondola car.Forget about. MN M7A's won't fit with that air duct on the roof. When LIRR pulls 40% of their train out of NYPS, the WSY is longer filled to the brim. Why would a "South Penn" train need to go to the WSY ? They will simply run back to New Jersey. There is no excuse to send LIRR trains to NJ there as well. |
