I didn't look too close, but the curb lane of the street and sidewalk nearest the curb were blocked off at the normal bus stop.That said, why has the terminus always been 86th Street ? Since the buses come across 92nd, why not simply go to 96th, then passengers can wait in the train before it starts its run ? |
