Lower Manhattan is of declining importance, with a fraction of the workforce it had 40 years ago. We are down to ONE Montague Service, and nothing out of Nassau St. I can't see justification of billions of dollars of new commuter rail tunneling to go through it. PATH to can get you to Newark Penn in 22 minutes. |
