Yeah. I've suggested before that clearing a train is really mostly a matter of money. Have 5 platform conductors and have them all shouting everyone off, and you can clear 99% of trains really fast (perhaps with a little threat of police if necessary).

Would there even be any rule against using cleaners to do this? It's not a full time job - mostly needed between 4 PM and 7 PM.
