Yes... it's hard to predict what direction the bean counters will take on HPA. There could very well be an increase in equipment turns. Though lately there's been a fetish for making equipment trains carry passengers. Someone thinks the conductor should have to stay awake, I guess. HPA's platform is already suffering from less than benign neglect, so yes, that is a pretty good guess on what may transpire. |
