The way the routing went immediately after Chrystie, was that when the QJs did not run through to BBC, late PMs, midnight and weekend trains operating between Jamaica and Broad St were signed JJ which was the designation used by the rush hour Bway Bkln lcls operating between Jamaica, E/Pky or Canarsie and Canal St. After July 1968, the JJ designation was dropped completely and the Bway Bkln lcls were designated KK and all Jamaica service was designated QJ whether it ran through to the Brighton Line or terminated at Broad St. |
