The NJ Governor by definition sits on the P.U. Board of Trustees.The DOT Commissioner is by definition the NJT Board Chairman, whose Board voted to truncate the Dinky Branch. (STB and FTA refused to get involved). So NJT does what P.U. wants. This is how New Jersey works. |
