The ED stations should have been modified years ago.
Sure,some stations would require more drastic measures, such as Myrtle Avenue, Eastern Parkway,Fulton st and Chambers, where the structure and guideways would have to be moved..but it can be done.
The real issue here is,Should it be done?
A simpler solution would be to increase service output, run more trains,more service.
