Lou: NJT can run HBLR into the Hoboken Light Rail Terminal. I don't know what happens when they get there. They can walk south to Pavonia.If they are going to allow them to access PATH they can do that using the southernmost door to the waiting room . That would give them access to both PATH and the ferries. It will be interesting to hear from someone who can get down there. What I don't understand is the busing from Secaucus to Liberty State Park. Passengers from up north can transfer to trains to Penn Station, but what's at Liberty State Park but a mile long walk to the Liberty Landing Ferry which is not set up to handle a lot of people?
