I was driving on the Thruway this evening and got to see a handful of the MNCR shuttle buses originating from Tarrytown serving the PVL and lower Port Jervis line stations (Suffern-Salisbury Mills). First off, it was really odd seeing city buses in Rockland County. Secondly, all 4 I saw had no more than maybe 5 passengers. Maybe it was early, but it seems many didn't get the news about the contingency plans for today.

The news stated that the MNCR Hudson Line was cross honoring NJT tickets. Maybe that's where the buses were headed ?
