I was driving on the Thruway this evening and got to see a handful of the MNCR shuttle buses originating from Tarrytown serving the PVL and lower Port Jervis line stations (Suffern-Salisbury Mills). First off, it was really odd seeing city buses in Rockland County. Secondly, all 4 I saw had no more than maybe 5 passengers. Maybe it was early, but it seems many didn't get the news about the contingency plans for today. |
