Who gives a shit? The train crashed, therefore the system failed. Nobody ever says Three Mile Island #2 did its job, it had a fucking meltdown. That's not supposed to happen.The best way to avoid this stuff is to not crash. It's pretty freaking easy, look at how the various JRs have done over the decades. A train crash in Japan is pretty much an international event, because they don't happen very often. |
