I’m not sure exactly when Culver was cutback to 9 Av but it was around 1960. It was about the same time that the 4 Av and Brighton Lcls swapped north terminals between Ctl and Astoria. Brightons ran to Astoria and 4 Aves went to Ctl about 6A - P M-F and 57 St other times. |
