BTW: This has been the procedure for every extension since I was around. For example, before Parsons/Archer opened, we did long relays on the J from 121 to Parsons/Archer.For the E, in the non rush, we took a train from Kew to PAE. For 21/Queensbridge we took a train in the non rush from CTL and turned back at 21/Qb or Roosevelt Island. We also requalified on the 6th Ave. side of the MannyB leaving from 3 track Pacific St. I guess we turned north of W.4th, in the non rush of course. |
