Yes, I guess I would include elevated station sections that WERE widened but NOT improved as part of the Dual Contracts rebuilding: Alabama to Crescent; Canarsie el east of Pitkin; Franklin Avenue and Park Place on the Brighton. Part of Fulton WAS built or rebuilt and widened under the Dual Contracts: Nostrand to Atlantic, and of course, the Liberty Avenue Line. |
