On the other hand, it went down once exactly when there were severe storms in Monmouth County and the claim was made that it was cause and effect. Not proven but a definite indication that it's run out of his home.

And even if it's run from a commercial server, Nilet's own math demonstrates that the profit motive is not a good reason to run this site. Imagine! He might be grossing $500 per year!
