SEPTA cars have four traps per car for low and high platform boarding, while RTD cars don't (high level platforms only) and SEPTA cars have electrical components to operate 12.5 kV 25 Hz and 12.5 kV 60 Hz as well as the 25 kV 60 Hz that the Denver cars have. |
