Oil has been too low because of the Saudi attempts to strangle U.S. production.Oil is now in the mid-$40s/bbl., which is in the range of profitability for shale but they may wait for it to go higher to make it harder for the Saudis to retailiate. If shale comes back, the oil haulers come back. |
