Maybe so. We'll see. A shuttle would only take 12 cars: 2 4-car trains and 1 spare train. Probably a matter of who squeals loudest in NYCT. 14th Street traffic can be miserable. It can take 10 minutes or more for a bus to make it from 5th Ave to 3rd Ave.
