I find it equally plausible that (a) there is no problem limiting the periods where no tracks are available to less than 90 days, or (b) that to do the tunnel overhaul they will need to have tracks in both tubes ripped out for much more than 90 days in a row, making a shuttle infeasible.No one else here seems to have any evidence in favor of either (a) or (b) either. |
