Exactly!The NIMBYs are going to have to understand this would be an emergency build if it's done, one I would do with provisions to connect it and the rebuilt existing tubes to the SAS (with if so, joining the line going north at 23rd Street if such is later constructed). That would work and allow one tube to be shut down at a time. |
