LION would increase (J) service by 1-2 thp LION would increase (A) service by 2-4 tph and LION would increase (GG) service by 4-6 tph. Increased (M)s in Queens would also manage some of the increased (GG) loadings. Increase each service a little is better than @#$%&$#@G up the whole system just because Wally wants to horse around.
