Mike:I'm assuming both tubes will be shut down during this. Until we hear otherwise, that is the assumption I'm working under. Even if one tube remains open, you'd STILL have the issue of holding trains all over the place on both ends, which still presents a big problem even if you can still do some Manhattan service. |
