News story said the train improperly passed a red signal. The only signals are the absolute variety at interlockings.That's true, however it is not uncommon to be instructed by ROCC to do so. My reading of the article indicates that the ROCC controller instructed him to do so, as both the controller and the operator have been suspended. John in the sand box of Maryland's eastern shore. |
