Brighton riders one day wanting more Montague access is a relatively realistic concept, something much more likely to happen in my lifetime then, say, the entirety of the SAS being built or many of the other fantasies we throw around here.The percentage of Brighton riders who want Montage access can't increase. If more office buildings get built in lower Manhattan, it will mean even more office buildings also being built in Midtown. Midtown just has far more capacity for new office buildings because it has so much more area. |
