No, you don't have that right, not here at least. there is no such thing as "protected speech" on a private message board. anything it's owner disagrees with can have you removed and you have no recourse. It's not different from private real property. You are a guest of it's owner until your welcome runs out, after which any attempt to stay is trespassing.They are making a claim, and you have no hard evidence to counter it. your behavior since you got here are is making it seem more and more likely they are right about you. That you are a pompous, selfish asshole who would steal if given the opportunity. |
