Unlike you, I have kept very close tabs on the statements made and the posters making them. The original accusation of theft - stating that I was "busted for theft" - was made by Arjun here: http://www.subchat.com/read.asp?id=1378478Up to that point, I only talked about the museum. Nothing else. Even McGinty said, in response to Arjun's post, "the cat's out of the bag" http://www.subchat.com/read.asp?Id=1378480 Why did these two (and Omar) do that? They were upset with my criticisms and opinions. They responded with false and defamatory FACTUAL allegations. That is legally actionable, and believe me, I will act. The mere fact that I defended myself does not absolve the above three individuals for posting these retaliatory statements . So please, sir, get your facts straight. Cause I have them straight. And those three will be hearing from me in the future - though not here. I have a right to discuss any topic without being slandered with false accusations. The malice motivating these three in posting these false charges is markedly evident. And it is no defense to say that I brought the TMNY up. They took this topic down another path. NOT ME. |
