(well, maybe not) that when you're in charge of the public safety of your citizens, every POTENTIAL threat requires an action plan which involves planning for the worst, and hoping for the best. But you STILL gather all your people and make absolutely sure that you're prepared just in case it does come down, and you breathe a sigh of relief that you didn't have to actually carry it out. They often wander down this way and we see them and talk with them every now and then. These are people who drool, cannot form a coherent thought, and piss themselves. How the HELL are you out on the street, and these people (who are MUCH smarter than you) are locked up? Answer me that ... they can run rings around you, son. |
