There's no way you can provide consistent voltage from a purely wind source.LOL! Wrong. What they mean is that based on how much wind actually blows and how much electricity is thus actually generated, the entire RR can be powered by wind. There's nothing theoretical. It's actual. They know how much electricity the wind farms generate on an average daily basis. That accounts for when the wind isn't blowing. |
