The LRV approach here means a small, custom fleet. There are no more high floor LRV opportunities under MTA - not the Franklin Shuttle, not the West Hempstead Branch, not 42nd Street.I know you argued against such economies of scale concerning SIR some years ago. Now it does not seem to much matter. HBLRT is not coming to St George and NJT and MTA are not going to cooperate on a common car and common maintenance. |
