And even then an NJT Arrow is capable of knocking people over when it departs a station despite an even lower 2mph/s acceleration. I have been at the RFW - you have not. And you had a precise accelerometer measuring the rate of acceleration while the train achieved the performance you claim it did, right? Because otherwise your qualitative assessment of rolling stock performance is absolutely worthless. It's just as worthless as my assessment would be in the face of numerical evidence I was incorrect. Unless you can find numbers showing the train reached 3mph/s your claim is false. That is not "foamer nonsense" as you put it. You're making a counterfactual claim based on nothing more than how the acceleration "feels" when you're leaving noseprints on the foamerglass. That's the very definition of foamer nonsense. |
