A few years back when they were repaving a stretch of South Broadway in Denver, old Denver Tramways streetcar tracks were uncovered as old asphalt was rotomilled off. They were ripped up and a new base was put down for concrete paving. The same thing happened when Evans Ave. was redone in the early 90s - old streetcar tracks were uncovered and ripped out. |
