Moves like that have been tried before.I remember when some R-10s were assigned to the E back in the late 70s, the locals screamed like hell. But back then, they had a point. Those R-10s clearly had their best years behind them. They were dimly lit,filthy, no A/C & could barely get out of their own way with rush hour crouds. Clearly begging for a rebuild. R-1/9s would clearly out perform them, if they were still around that is. |
