That is some great news wonder will they smart enough assign them on the B line since it a partime line and a short line to 145st on non-rush it can reduce the miles, wear & tear give the Air cond some rest and Maint. if needed on weekends hoildays and why a 1988 car R 68A Vs a 1960s cars R32 running partime ? It should be other way around , The R68s is to new to be doing partime duty it should be running 7days a week line ,Even better it a pipe dream sent the 5001-5064 R68A to SIRT to retire the R44 and keep the R42 give them a tuneup assign them to B or Q lines to replace the 64cars R68A to SIRT KEEP all the R32 and R42 until R211 arrive !!! |
