Yep, that part was already funded fully, and the developer is going to handle the building of it along with their own project. The developer will be eating the entirety of any cost overruns, with the Metroplex foundation chipping in any remainder. We're all quite surprised that anything is happening since CDTA is legendary for their stupid. :) |
