The fact that the Rockaways are a slender strip of land only accessible from the rest of Queens via a limited number of street routes isn't relevant to the difficulty of providing substitute bus service when the subway is disrupted (in this case by copper thieves, let's keep in mind)? Really? What would you call it? |
