They realize buses don't magically appear. That it takes time to call in drivers and pull buses from the depot or other routes. What they are upset about is when there are 600 passengers waiting, and they wait an hour for two buses to appear that can only hold 150 passengers and the rest have to wait another hour for those buses to return or other buses to come.That comment was an insult to the passengers that stated we are doing a good enough job and can't do any better when an apology was in order. |
