I believe that this phenomenon usually occurs when one set in the consist has updated programming while the other set in the same consist does not. I do not know much more than that, but I notice that each time a full train gets updated announcements and later gets separated. Happens more so on the IRT NTTs than on the BMT/IND NTTs... |
