The M can terminate at Queens Plaza if it needs to terminate somewhere other than 71st Avenue, as the G train did for many years.There is no reason to have the M supplement the Q on the SAS during off hours if the Q can handle the SAS on its own during the peak hours. That idea is ludicrous, not to mention confusing to the riding public. If there is a need for additional service between the CPW local stations and 6th Avenue, the D can provide that need for a fraction of the cost than extending the M to 145th would. Give it up already. |
