That's entirety possible.

Though,on the other hand,one can see massive amounts of growth along the Broadway and Myrtle El in the form of businesses and residential developments.
Its the approximation of such rapid transit facilities that spur growth.-.
The removal of them,without adequate replacement, only added to the downward spiral-.
