It certainly did, but it's been shown before where on days not everyone is at their desks (whether for a storm of for example "Black Friday") where things (either way) can be exaggerated.Lets just saw if the Dow had gone UP 480+ points instead of DOWN 480+ points in two days, Wall Street likely would not be as PO'ed at Cuomo as they were (and likely still are). |
