People in Kansas and Michigan could care less about the NYC subway system and frankly some commerical talking about trains in a blizzard would be seen as stupid and dumpster-divey. Cuomo has more than enough negitives to make whatever would've happened in the Blizzard-that-wasn't non-news even to the most amoral and desperate political operative.The MTA and advisors in Albany do know what thousands of slip-and-fall lawsuits would do, and this more than anything enters into the decision making calculus than anything. |
