"Someone coming from LI would have to travel the LIRR to Woodside, then backtrack to Willis Point. "This could be solved by building a wye where the main line meets the Port Wash line. This would be like the wye where the Harlem and Hudson lines meet near Yankee Stadium. That would also allow game day service from Long Island. |
