The problem is, get a judge who sees how Japan dealt with an earthquake/tsunami AND more recently a Super Typhoon and also looks at how the MTA handled the 2003 and '06 blizzards and carefully reads the timeline of the 2010 blizzard and realizes that a lot of that could be directly contributed to the Christmas Holidays might think otherwise.The purpose of doing the lawsuits, even if laughed out of court would be to shine light on the Ambulance Chasers and how the MTA was ill-prepared in 2010 because of outside factors that in some cases have since been corrected (most notably normal media that was not available on Christmas Day 2010 that now would be if it happened again on Christmas Day). |
