It's government property so it was easier to do it this way. They still make money leasing the air space.

But an arena literally on top of subway, LIRR and NJ Transit is genius.

MSG draws well from outside the city because LIRR and NJ Transit are convenient.

Thanks for attacking for no reason. It's probably one of the best locations for an arena.
