I was simply commenting on the idea of rebuilding the area of the bellmouths so that the RBB could reach the express tracks without crossing the local tracks. I agree that it should just simply be an extension of a QB local to Rockaway Park. If there ends up being a need for a super express (which I think we will see) then that's another project, but it won't happen until the need proven. |
