That is true:I seriously doubt that many would want to walk from say the Chambers Street A/C platform on the extreme northern end at Chambers and Church Street all the way to the exit on the 2/3 at Fulton and William Street (yes, if you brought everything into fare control would be able to walk between Park Place and Fulton on the 2/3 AND Chambers and Fulton on the A/C without going outside). You might get a few who would want to do that for exercise or other reasons, but not many. |
