What they probably should do is build a connection from Whitehall St. to Bowling Green. Both stations are right by MTA headquarters at 2 Broadway, the north entrance to Whitehall St. station on the south side of the building, and Bowling Green right across from the front entrance. That would indirectly connect Bowling Green and South Ferry too, by way of the R platforms. The 4/5 and the R would connect there, rather than at Fulton St. |
